Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Corpus Christi Crash with Vehicle on Crosstown Expressway

Corpus Christi, Texas (December 4, 2017) – A woman was struck and killed by vehicles on Crosstown Expressway early Monday morning, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Emergency crews were called to the crash scene between Port Avenue and Horne Road at around 1 a.m.
Police said the woman was struck by multiple vehicles in the northbound lanes of the freeway.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, died at the scene of the crash.
CCPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.
