Tyler, TX – A woman was killed Wednesday afternoon in a pedestrian accident in Tyler, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 3:45 p.m. on February 18 in the 1400 block of E. Gentry Parkway.

Police said a woman was struck by a car and was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. Her name has not been released.

The car driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
