Woman Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on South Zarzamora and Carroll Street

San Antonio, Texas (January 5, 2020) – A woman was injured in a pedestrian accident on Friday night in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The accident happened on Friday, January 3, on South Zarzamora and Carroll Street.

Authorities said the woman was likely under the influence of drugs when she wandered into the street and was hit by a southbound vehicle. 

The driver stopped to help the victim.

The woman was taken to University Hospital with minor injuries.

An investigation is underway.
