Two drivers and one officer were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Pasadena, TX. – Three people, including a police officer, were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Saturday.

According to the Pasadena Police Department, the crash happened in the 300 block of State Highway 225.

A patrol vehicle was hit from behind by another vehicle. The impact of the collision caused a chain reaction involving several vehicles. The officer was working a traffic stop.

Two drivers and one officer were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The fourth driver refused medical transport.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
