Woman Dies in Katy Bicycle Crash on Elrod Road Katy, Texas (October 30, 2018) – A bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle that fled the scene after the incident early Tuesday morning in Katy, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
