Waco, TX. – Sandip Patel, 54, has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being struck by a car in Waco on Tuesday night.
According to Waco police, the accident happened around 10:24 p.m. the southbound side of I-35 near 18th Street and Valley Mills Drive.
The man was walking in the area and was struck by a car.
The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
