Renisha Mitchell Killed in Fort Worth Industrial Accident at Republic Services

Fort Worth, Texas (February 1, 2019) – A woman was killed in an industrial accident at a recycling plant in Fort Worth on Thursday morning, according to the authorities.
The fatal accident was reported early Thursday, January 31 at Republic Services.
The authorities said Renisha Mitchell, 31, of Fort Worth, was working in the warehouse when a stack of bales became unstable and a 1-ton bale fell on her.
Mitchell was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The authorities are investigating the incident.
