35-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after El Paso Pedestrian Crash on N. Piedras Street

El Paso, Texas (August 5, 2018) – A 35-year-old man was hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run driver early Sunday morning in Central El Paso, according to the police.
The incident took place at around 2:15 a.m. at 812 N. Piedras Street.
police said the man was standing outside a vehicle when a pickup truck struck him and also hit the parked vehicle.
The truck driver failed to stop at the scene.
The victim was seriously hurt in the crash and was transported to a hospital.
Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver.
