Man Hospitalized after Harlingen Pedestrian Crash on North Business 77

Harlingen, Texas (October 22, 2018) – A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Harlingen on Friday night, according to the Harlingen Police Department.
The incident was reported at around 7:25 p.m. Friday, October 19 in the 300 block of North Business 77.
Police responded to the incident and found a man lying in the roadway. The victim was reportedly attempting to cross Business 77 when a vehicle exiting a parking lot struck him.
The emergency crews transported the man to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and rendered aid.
Police are conducting an investigation into the accident.
