Nestor De la Rosa ID’d as Man Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident at Northwest Highway and Garland Road
Dallas, Texas (December 13, 2018) – The man who was killed Friday night in a hit-and-run accident in Dallas has been identified as Nestor De la Rosa, 59, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident happened at about 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 7 near the intersection of Northwest Highway and Garland Road.
As per the report, De La Rosa was walking down Garland Road when for an unknown reason he was hit by a vehicle driven by Jeanette Álvarez.
Álvarez reportedly fled the scene after the accident.
De La Rosa was taken to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Further details were not immediately available, and the crash remains under investigation.
