The driver of the 18-wheeler was taken to Texoma Medical Center to be treated for his injuries
Bonham, TX – Nancy Malone, 85, has been identified as the man who died in a car accident on Saturday morning in Bonham.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on State Highway 78 near County Road 2510.
Malone was driving a car northbound on State Highway 78 when she made a U-turn and crashed into the trailer of an 18-wheeler that was headed in the same direction.
Malone was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the 18-wheeler, Woodrow Dallas, 57, of Sherman, was taken to Texoma Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
