Man Killed in Dyer Street Pedestrian Crash in El Paso

El Paso, Texas (October 23, 2018) – The man who was hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning in Central El Paso has succumbed to his injuries, according to the authorities.
The accident took place in the 4600 block of Dyer Street at around 1:40 a.m. Sunday, October 21.
Police said a Hispanic man in his 50s was running diagonally across the intersection when he was hit by a car.
The victim was taken to University Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The identities of the pedestrian and the driver involved were not immediately released.
