Joshua Gulley Dies in Denton Train Accident near South Locust Street and Interstate 35E

Denton, Texas (January 24, 2019) – A man was struck and killed by a freight train in Denton early Wednesday morning, according to the Denton Police Department.
The crash took place at about 2 a.m. January 23 near South Locust Street and Interstate 35E.
Police said Joshua Gulley, 26, was walking on the railroad tracks when a train operated by Union Pacific Railroad hit him.
Gulley died of injuries sustained in the crash.
The authorities are conducting investigation into the incident.
