Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Rigsby Avenue and Wayne Drive
San Antonio, Texas (September 24, 2018) – A man is in critical condition after being hit by a truck Sunday night on the East Side in San Antonio, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday, September 23 on Rigsby Avenue and Wayne Drive.
According to police, the man was jaywalking when for an unknown reason he was struck by the pickup truck.
The driver said he never saw the pedestrian.
The man was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center.
The crash remains under investigation.
