Girl Dies in Fort Worth Car Crash on East Loop 820

Fort Worth, Texas (December 9, 2018) – A girl was killed while another sustained serious injuries in a collision between two vehicles on Saturday night in Fort Worth, according to police.
The wreck happened at about 7 p.m. December 8 in the 3000 block of East Loop 820.
Police said a man was driving a black Dodge Ram when it hydroplaned and collided with a gold Nissan Altima, driven by a woman who had two young girls as her passengers.
One girl was killed in the crash. The second child was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The mother was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The driver of the Dodge was not hurt in the crash.
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the incident.
