Bridget Scott ID’d as Longview Woman Injured in Gregg County Pedestrian Accident on FM 2767 near SH 31
Gregg County, Texas (May 1, 2019) – The Longview woman who was critically injured Sunday night in a hit-and-run accident in Gregg County has been identified as Bridget Lee Scott, 38, of Longview, according to authorities.
The pedestrian accident occurred at about 8:23 p.m. Sunday, April 28 on FM 2767 near SH 31.
Authorities said Scott was hit by a northbound white pickup truck while she was walking across FM 2767.
Scott sustained critical injuries and was taken to Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler.
According to the authorities, the vehicle involved, suspected to be a white Chevrolet, may have damage to its hood, windshield, and front-end.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
