Woman Struck and Killed by Motorcycle on Mesa Street in El Paso, September 11
El Paso, Texas (September 14, 2018) – A woman was fatally hit by a motorcycle in El Paso on Tuesday night, according to the El Paso Police Department.
The accident took place at around 9:48 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11 in the 7100 block of Mesa Street.
Police said a 59-year-old woman, whose identity was not immediately released, was attempting to cross the street when she was hit by a southbound Ducati motorcycle, driven by Joseph Unger, 41.
Paramedics responded to the incident and transported the victim to University Medical Center, where she died on Wednesday, September 12.
The El Paso Police are investigating the accident.
