One Killed in San Antonio Car Crash on Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (January 27, 2018) – A woman was killed in an accident where her car struck a guardrail and another vehicle late Friday night in San Antonio, according to authorities.
The crash happened at about 11:25 p.m. Friday, January 26, on Loop 410.
Police said the woman was traveling eastbound on Loop 410 when she lost control of her Toyota Corolla, struck a guardrail and rotated into the main lanes, where she collided with a Mercedes Benz.
The woman was rushed to University Hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
The Mercedes driver was not injured.
Police are conducting an investigation to establish the cause of the crash.
