Pregnant Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Highway 59 in Houston
Houston, Texas (September 5, 2018) – A pregnant woman was hospitalized late Tuesday night after she was struck by a hit-and-run driver in southwest Houston.
The accident was reported on September 4, on Highway 59 at Fountain View.
The woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a vehicle which then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital with a broken leg; her baby is expected to be okay.
The crash remains under investigation.
