Pedestrian Struck and Injured on Clovis Road in Lubbock

Person Hospitalized after Clovis Road Pedestrian Accident in Lubbock

Lubbock, Texas (July 21, 2018) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Friday night in Lubbock, according to the Lubbock Police Department.
The crash happened at around 9 p.m. Friday, July 20, in the 2000 block of Clovis Road near North Avenue U.
Police said the pedestrian attempted to cross the roadway and entered the path of traffic. The victim was struck by a passing vehicle.
The victim was transported to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Lubbock Police Department is investigating the incident.
