35-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on North Shepherd Drive
Houston, Texas (November 28, 2018) – A 35-year-old man was hit and killed by a vehicle last week Wednesday in  Houston, police said.
The tragic accident occurred at around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, November 21 in the 6900 block of North Shepherd Drive.
According to the police, the man was crossing the road when for unknown reasons he was hit by a red Hyundai Santa Fe whose driver was on her way to work.
The man was declared dead at the scene of the accident.
Lighting in the area was poor and the deceased was wearing dark-colored clothing.
Speed, alcohol or drugs were not a factor in the accident.  The crash remains under investigation.
