Irma Mendoza Hit and Killed on Stan Roberts Sr. Avenue and McCombs Street

El Paso, Texas (December 6, 2017) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by car Wednesday morning on McCombs Street and Stan Roberts Sr. Avenue, El Paso Police Department said.
The crash took place at around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday 6, near San Roberts Sr. Avenue.
According to authorities, Mendoza was hit by a 2003 GMC Envoy that veered after hitting an illegally parked 2016 Nissan Versa.
Mendoza was taken to University Medical hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
