Woman Killed in Florida Street Crash with Train in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas (December 5, 2017) – A woman was killed on Tuesday morning after her car collided with an Amtrak train in San Antonio, according to the authorities.
The crash occurred at about 5 a.m. on Florida Street, near Interstate 37.
Police said the woman was attempting to go around a train crossing Florida Street when the train struck her SUV.
The woman was killed in the crash.
Details on the identity of the victim were unavailable.
The crash is under investigation.
