Brillant Louissant Dies in 2-Vehicle Collision at 13200 Cullen Boulevard

Houston, Texas (October 23, 2017) – A male driver was killed following a collision involving two vehicles on Saturday at 13200 Cullen Boulevard, according to a Houston Police Department report.
The deadly collision took place at about 6:25 p.m. Saturday, October 21, at 13200 Cullen Boulevard, as per the police report.
Authorities said 70-year-old Brillant Louissant was operating a gray Nissan Altima where he failed to slow down and hit a Ford Fiesta which was stopped at the red traffic light and eventually struck a light pole in the middle of the median at 13200 Cullen Boulevard
Police said Louissaint was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries where he was declared deceased while the Fiesta driver did not sustain any damage following the collision.
