3 Hospitalized after Head-On Collision on Old O’Connor Road in NE San Antonio
San Antonio, Texas (December 26, 2017) – Three people were hospitalized Saturday night when a vehicle swerved into the path of oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle on the Northeast Side.
According to San Antonio Police, the accident occurred at around 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, at Old O’Connor Road and O’Connor Road.
Police said a white SUV was traveling southbound on O’Connor Road when the driver swerved into the northbound side and collided with a maroon car.
Three people riding in the maroon car were rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center. One of them was said to be in critical condition and the other two sustained serious injuries.
Police suspected the SUV driver was intoxicated and arrested her.
Charges are pending an investigation.
