The crash took place shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, at the intersection of the Tomball Parkway and Antoine Drive.
Deputies said a grey Hyundai traveling westbound on the Tomball Parkway collided into a white Hyundai SUV headed north on Antoine Drive.
It’s unclear which driver failed to stop for a red light.
Paramedics treated at least two people for minor injuries at the scene.
Deputies are conducting an investigation into the crash.

We understand this is a difficult time for the family of those affected by a tragic accident, and we offer our sincere sympathies.  While the thought of hiring a law firm may not feel appropriate at this time, as a public service we like to advise that in some cases it may be important to immediately begin securing evidence (such as photos of skid marks and property damage) and witness statements before it’s too late.
