Two Injured in Dallas Train Accident at Greenville Avenue and Blackwell Street

Dallas, Texas (June 30, 2018) – Two people were injured in a crash between a vehicle and a DART train on Friday afternoon in Northeast Dallas.
According to the authorities, the crash took place at Greenville Avenue and Blackwell Street at about 2:45 p.m. June 29.
A vehicle reportedly crashed through the crossing arms and collided with the train.
The driver of the vehicle and one passenger on the train were both taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash caused a closure of the tracks, causing a delay of approximately two hours as the scene was cleared.
The crash remained under investigation.
