One Killed in San Antonio Crash at Interstate 10 and West Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (July 6, 2018) – One person was killed in a traffic accident in San Antonio Saturday morning, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash occurred at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, June 30 near West Avenue and the I-10 frontage road.
As per the reports, a car was exiting the freeway approaching the West Avenue intersection when a pickup reportedly pulled off a side road onto the service road, colliding with the oncoming car in the process.
The force of the impact sent the car out of control and rolled over several times.
The driver of the car was thrown off from his vehicle. He died at the scene.
It’s unknown if anyone else was injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
