Man Seriously Injured in Port Arthur Bicycle Accident at Memorial Boulevard and 25th Street

Port Arthur, Texas (July 13, 2019) – A bicyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident early Friday morning in Port Arthur, according to the police.

The deadly accident took place at about 12:35 a.m. July 12, at the intersection of Memorial Boulevard and 25th Street.

Police said a Port Arthur man was riding a bicycle when he was hit by a vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The bicyclist sustained serious injuries in the crash.

The Port Arthur Police AAIT and CID are investigating the crash.
