The driver of a passenger car was airlifted to Harris Hospital with serious injuries.

Desdemona, TX. – At least one person was hospitalized following a crash involving a Spearman ISD van on Friday afternoon in Desdemona.

A Spearman ISD van was westbound on FM 8 when the driver disregarded a stop sign at the intersection and was struck by a passenger car traveling southbound on SH 16.

The students and the driver were taken to Stephenville Hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of a passenger car was airlifted to Harris Hospital with serious injuries.
