Man Killed in Culebra Road Pedestrian Crash in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas (May 28, 2018) – A man was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident on Sunday night on the Northwest Side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The crash occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. Sunday, May 27, on Culebra Road near Benrus Boulevard.
Police said a man in his 50s was attempting to cross the street when he was hit by the vehicle.
The victim, whose identity was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The teenage driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and rendered aid.
Police said no charges were expected.
