Nine Hospitalized after Schertz Tour Bus Crash on Interstate 35
Schertz, Texas (October 14, 2019) – Nine people were injured in a wrong-way crash early Sunday morning in Schertz, according to the police.
The crash happened between 12:00 and 12:30 a.m. October 13, on Interstate 35.
Police said a white Chevrolet truck was heading northbound in the southbound lane of I-35 when it hit a double-decker tour bus.
The Chevrolet driver and the bus driver were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) for treatment.
Seven passengers were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
