8 Injured in Lubbock Crash on Interstate 27 at Slaton Road
Lubbock, Texas (November 3, 2018) – At least eight people were injured Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to a local news source.
The collision was reported at about 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 28 on the northbound Interstate 27 service road at Slaton Road, according to investigators with the Lubbock Police Department.
The circumstances under which the accident happened were not yet established as at the time of reporting, but authorities said two vans were involved in the crash.
One person sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. At least seven other people were also taken to a hospital, where there were listed in stable conditions.
