Atascosa County, TX – A 50-year-old man was seriously injured Friday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Atascosa County near Pleasanton, according to the Texas DPS.
The accident happened around 12:16 p.m. on December 19 on State Highway 97 near FM 1784.
DPS said the man was riding a 2024 Indian motorcycle westbound on the highway when he attempted to pass a 2024 Ford F-750 in a no-passing zone, resulting in a collision.
The man was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio with serious injuries.
The Ford driver, a 53-year-old man, was uninjured in the accident.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
