The injured pedestrian was taken to hospital in critical condition
Austin, TX. – A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a car on Saturday night in Austin.
According to the police, the accident happened around 9:40 p.m. on Interstate 35, between 51st Street and U.S. Highway 290.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian on the highway in unclear circumstances. Two vehicles pulled over at the scene.
The injured pedestrian was taken to hospital in critical condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
