Man Killed in Katy Freeway Accident Involving a Drunk Driver Houston, Texas (October 14, 2017) – A man was killed and his wife was injured when they were struck by a vehicle Friday night on the Katy Freeway. The man was filling up his tank near the Barker exit at around 9 p.m. when they were struck by a car.
