The deadly accident happened at about 3:15 a.m. on October 13 in the southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 281 near Thousand Oaks Drive. San Antonio, TX – A man was killed after his vehicle collided with an 18-wheeler at a high rate of speed and burst into flames in San Antonio early Sunday, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
