Woman Struck and Injured by Hit-And-Run Driver on Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio
San Antonio, Texas (September 26, 2018) – A woman was hospitalized following a hit-and-run crash early Thursday morning on the Northwest Side, according to San Antonio Police.
The accident happened just after 3:30 p.m. on Fredericksburg Road near Vance Jackson Road.
Police said the woman was trying to cross the street when she was hit by the vehicle.
The driver reportedly fled the scene towards I-10 after the incident.
The woman suffered a broken leg and was taken to University Hospital for treatment.
Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who was operating a dark-colored sedan.
