Woman Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident on Robinson Drive in Waco

Waco Texas (January 18, 2018) – A woman was seriously injured when her car collided with a pickup truck on Thursday morning in Waco, according to Waco Police Department.
The accident took place at the intersection of Robinson and Garden Drives.
Police said a woman driving along Robinson Drive was heading towards the Waco traffic circle when she tried to make a turn onto Garden Drive and collided with a Ford pickup.
Both vehicles were pushed off the shoulder of the roadway where they crashed into utility and traffic poles.
The Ford rolled over and came to a rest partially on top of the car.
A woman in the car had to be ejected by the Waco firefighters and rushed to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center with serious injuries.
The driver of the Ford was treated for minor injuries.
