1 Dead and Another Hurt In Hill County 2-Car Collision on County Road 2114

Hill County, Texas (January 29, 2018) – A woman was killed and a man injured in a collision involving two vehicles Saturday night in Hill County, according to Texas Department of Public Safety.
The accident took place at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, January 27, on County Road 2114, near the border between McLennan County and Hill County.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that two people involved in the crash fled the scene on foot and investigators were able to locate them.
One woman was fatally injured in the crash, and the man was airlifted to Hillcrest in unknown condition.
The cause of the crash remained unclear, but an investigation remained underway.
