Woman Killed in Wilson County Crash at US 181 and FM 775

Wilson County, Texas (September 27, 2018) – A woman was killed in a collision between a vehicle and an 18-wheeler on Wednesday afternoon in Wilson County.
According to the DPS, the wreck happened at US 181 and FM 775 at around 1 p.m on Wednesday, September 26.
The DPS said the woman was driving southbound on US 181 when she tried to make a left turn at the intersection of FM 775 and her car was hit by the big rig.
The woman, who died in the collision, was not immediately identified.
The DPS is conducting an investigation into the accident.v
