Woman Critically Injured in Katy Pedestrian Crash on Wildcroft Drive

Katy, Texas (July 21, 2018) – A woman was hospitalized after she was struck by a vehicle while pushing her baby Friday morning in a neighborhood northeast of Katy, according to police.
The accident was reported at around 9:20 a.m. Friday, July 20 on Wildcroft Drive.
According to the police, the woman was struck and thrown onto the driveway and the vehicle continued on into the house.
Police said the woman was catapulted on top of the vehicle when they slammed into the house. The baby was pushed to the side.
The woman was transported to Cy-Fair Hospital where she was listed in serious but stable condition.
The baby was not injured.
As per the report, the homeowner was not home at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
