Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Crash on I-635 at Skillman Street

Dallas, Texas (February 1, 2018)  – A woman died after she fell from an overpass and was hit by two vehicles early Thursday morning in Dallas, police said.
The accident happened on westbound Interstate 635 at Skillman Street overpass.
Police said the woman was attempting to cross the street when she fell from the bridge at Skillman Street overpass onto Interstate 635 and was hit by an 18-wheeler.
The woman was then struck by a second car.
The driver of the 18-wheeler failed to stop, but the car driver remained at the scene.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released the victim’s identity.
An investigation is ongoing.
