Port Arthur, TX – A 23-year-old Spring woman was killed early Thursday morning in a rear-end collision south of Port Arthur, according to officials.
The fatal collision happened around 4:30 a.m. on Highway 87 south near the Valero plants.
Officials said the woman’s vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle on the highway.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
No additional details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
