Comal County, TX. – 71-year-old Thomas Carter was killed in a crash involving a UPS delivery truck on Monday morning in Comal County.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened on FM 3009 near Ponderosa Way at around 8:30 a.m.

A northbound UPS delivery truck crossed the center line for unknown reasons and struck a silver Lexus SUV driven by a Thomas Carter.

Carter was pronounced dead at the scene.
