Pilot Suffers Minor Injuries after Plane Crashes in Lake Gladewater

Pilot Injured in Lake Gladewater Plane Crash

Gladewater, Texas (June 2, 2018) – A pilot sustained minor injuries after an ultra-light plane crashed into Lake Gladewater early Saturday morning, the Gladewater Fire Department reported.
The crash occurred near a gated neighborhood on the lake. The exact time of the accident was not mentioned.
As per the Gladewater officials, the pilot was attempting to land his personal plane when for unknown reasons his plane was unstable during landed and flipped.
The pilot was able to walk away with minor injuries before the plane sunk.
The plane was later pulled from the water by multiple agencies.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
