Woman Seriously Hurt in North Austin Pedestrian Accident on North Lamar Boulevard

Austin, Texas (October 23, 2018) – A woman was struck and injured by a vehicle in North Austin on Monday night, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.
The accident took place in the 8100 block of North Lamar Boulevard at around 10 p.m. October 22.
The EMS said the victim, a woman in her 40s, sustained critical life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center.
No details were provided on the driver of the vehicle involved.
The authorities are working to find out the cause of the accident.
