Arlington, Texas (May 20, 2018) – The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office has released the name of a man killed in a fatal crash that left three others hospitalized late Friday night in Arlington.
Omar Celis Quiroga, 24, of Arlington, died in the wreck that happened in the 2100 block of East Park Row Drive at about 11:10 p.m. Friday, May 18.
Police said Quiroga was driving a pickup truck westbound on East Park Row Drive when he drifted into the eastbound lanes and collided with an oncoming SUV. The impact caused the vehicles to hit another pickup truck.
Quiroga was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The medical examiner’s office said Quiroga died from multiple injuries he sustained in the collision.
The SUV driver was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries. The driver and passenger of the second truck were both taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
We extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

The information for this blog post was obtained from public media and is for informational purposes.  No attorney-client relationship is established unless the law firm is formally retained. We understand this is a difficult time for the family of those affected by a tragic accident, and we offer our sincere sympathies.  While the thought of hiring a law firm may not feel appropriate at this time, as a public service we like to advise that in some cases it may be important to immediately begin securing evidence (such as photos of skid marks and property damage) and witness statements before it’s too late.
