Omar Padilla-Arrieta Killed in Truck Accident on Highway 115 in Andrews

Omar Padilla-Arrieta ID’d as Man in Andrews Crash on Highway 115

Andrews, Texas (June 22, 2018) – The man who was killed Wednesday morning in a traffic accident near Andrews has been identified as Omar Padilla-Arrieta, of Odessa, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The crash was reported at about 6:31 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 on Highway 115, just north of Andrews.
Authorities said Padilla-Arrieta was driving northbound when he drifted into the southbound lane and collided with a semi-truck.
Padilla-Arrieta was declared dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
