Pedestrian Injured in Corpus Christi Car Crash on Baldwin Boulevard

Corpus Christi, Texas (February 11, 2018) – A man was struck and injured by a car on Wednesday morning in Corpus Christi, according to authorities.
The accident took place at about 7 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, on Baldwin Boulevard near Port Avenue.
Police said the man was not using a crosswalk as he attempted to cross Baldwin Boulevard and was hit by a Nissan that was turning from Port Avenue.
The man suffered bumps and bruises but refused medication.
The woman who was driving the car remained at the scene and rendered aid.
Police said no citations were issued in connection with the incident.
